We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Turndown Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our guest rooms.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are prepared for the next day, including making beds, restocking amenities, and replenishing linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless execution of turndown services.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
