Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at Apex Real Estate and Property Management. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements with financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
  • Utilize accounting software to record and manage financial transactions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments, management, and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting, financial management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
