Nuclear Propulsion Engineering Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Nuclear Propulsion Engineer to join our team at Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) in Denver, CO. This position comes with an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on qualifications.

The successful applicant will have a strong foundation in nuclear thermal propulsion (NTP), nuclear electric propulsion (NEP), or fission surface power (FSP), with experience working on interdisciplinary teams on complex space systems. A bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask between various projects. The engineer will assist AMA's mission modeling team with performing analyses on potential future missions, create relevant models in Python/MATLAB, and process results to present findings to stakeholders.
