Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nuclear industry to coordinate with experts and develop innovative solutions to industry problems and concerns. As a Senior Nuclear Engineer, you will be responsible for managing technical projects that offer solutions to industry clients, developing new leads and project opportunities, and contributing to proposals for project development and scoping.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Materials Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering, advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in design engineering, programs engineering, and code committees. Experience with NRC regulations, business protocol, and domestic US commercial nuclear fleet reactor design & materials is also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in nuclear engineering and structural integrity
  • Strong understanding of ASME Section III Code, ASME Section VIII, B31.1, and Appendix Q
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and material degradation and failure modes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
