- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary information to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient information into our scheduling system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, excellent typing skills, and friendly telephone etiquette required. Experience with appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
This is a sedentary role that requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
