Employee Benefits Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, benefits managers, and business owners to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement comprehensive benefits packages that align with their goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and client communications in our CRM system.
- Previous experience in employee benefits, as an insurance agent, or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
