Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on drink trends and menu offerings to provide expert recommendations to guests.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
