• Assist the Store Manager in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store productivity goals.
• Analyze sales data and develop action plans to drive sales.
• Manage payroll budgets to ensure the store's contribution is on target.
• Ensure the effective utilization of team skills and a positive staff and customer experience.
• Recruit and hire staff to ensure the store is fully staffed at all times.
• Manage store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance.

• Prior management retail experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
