Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide communication development support to students in a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to speech-language pathologists in the assessment and treatment of students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized communication plans to support student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Previous experience working with middle school students is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
