Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to support student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid SLP state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
