Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: North Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to support student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid SLP state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
