Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Director

LTIMindtree is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Media & Entertainment Segment in the Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) Business Unit. As a Senior Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering exceptional performance for our large Fortune Media and Entertainment account/s.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies for long-term profitable growth, positioning LTIMindtree as a thought partner and business leader within the account.
  • Leverage domain knowledge to understand customer business aspirations and challenges, designing comprehensive transformation propositions.
  • Build and manage relationships across various levels in the client organization, particularly in the C-level/executive management level.
  • Create opportunities to position LTIMindtree credentials, assets, and value to the client, qualifying, prioritizing, and assigning opportunities to deliver the highest percentage of wins.
  • Deliver long-term strategy and goals at the BU/Corporate level, leading and managing the Account Team to ensure attainment of common objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing key Fortune accounts.
  • Established connections with CXO's and senior executives.
  • Digital-enabled business transformation expertise, with the ability to visualize and design transformational solutions based on customer business goals, new business models, and disruptive digital technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing and connecting global multi-disciplinary teams, partners, and alliances across engagement life cycles.
  • Sound operational capabilities, especially around P&L and account management.
  • Proven track record in exposure to outsourcing deals and consulting projects, scaling business in managed portfolios, and a sound understanding of emerging trends and new business models affecting the client segment.
  • Strong capability in responding to proposal requests with an eye for innovative solutioning and newer business/commercial models.
  • A positive, results-oriented style, with a 'change agent' attitude, challenging convention and pushing us and our business towards new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc.

Must be willing to travel within the US and abroad when required.

Education: Relevant degree required.

Pay Range: Base Salary: $135,000 per annum to $180,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.

In addition, we offer a bonus dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
