The SailFuture Academy is seeking a visionary Academic Dean to lead our academic affairs, teacher leadership, and curriculum development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our project-based curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in the real world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our project-based learning approach.
- Teacher Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our teaching staff, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in project-based learning.
- Academic Affairs: Oversee all aspects of academic operations, including lesson planning, curriculum writing, direct instruction, and administrative duties.
- Faculty Recruitment and Training: Assist in the recruitment and training of new faculty members, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver our project-based curriculum.
- Classroom Observations and Coaching: Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching to teachers to help them improve their instructional practices.
