Job Overview

We are currently searching for an Office Manager to join our team. This position requires great customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will enjoy working as part of a team environment, have a love of working with people, and have good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and lead staff, and to ensure everyone is doing their job and following procedures.
  • Scheduling: Plan and coordinate staff schedules as well as coverage needs, and ensure the front desk staff answers phones promptly and schedules appointments accurately.
  • Patient Intake: Oversee and devise a plan for all patient interactions from initial registration to check-in/check-out procedures, copay collection, and authorizations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and reporting.
  • Legal Compliance: Work with the healthcare professionals to communicate policies and regulations to staff to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Proficient in typing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications
  • Highly organized and schedule driven
  • Flexible with daily tasks
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills
  • Possess leadership skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and good judgment
  • Must possess strong customer service skills (phone and in person)
