Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill, a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including promoting hygiene and comfort, distributing food and water, and assisting with repositioning and transferring residents.
- Ambulate and transport residents, record fluid intake and output, and weigh residents as needed.
- Document observations and assessments, take and record vital signs, and make beds and keep resident units clean and in order.
- Assist with admission, discharge, and postmortem care, and respond to call lights in a timely manner.
- Current NY CNA certification
- Prior skilled nursing experience is a plus
