Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in structured and routine situations.
- Administer and document medications and treatments as assigned by our medical team.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Provide health care instructions to patients and families, promoting education and empowerment.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge, maintaining accurate records and communication.
- Observe and report patients' vital signs and general condition, identifying potential health risks.
- Maintain patient charts and environmental conditions, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Assist with unit management and direct nurse's aides, promoting a collaborative team approach.
- Maintain clinical competence through education programs, staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Requirements:
- LPN NY License.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required.
