Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care through accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) in the state of Kansas or compact license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
