What You'll Do:
  1. Prepare project submittals and coordinate review with assigned municipalities.
  2. Work with clients, engineers, and architects to develop land plans.
  3. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  4. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Subdivision Platting industry.
  • Knowledge of City of Houston Chapter 42 subdivision ordinances.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
