Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive pipeline growth and close new business at or above quota level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues to help them develop their sales skills and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR software markets, with experience selling IT or recruiting solutions a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of LinkedIn's products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
