Job Title: Urology Advanced Practice Provider

Trinity Health is seeking a highly skilled Urology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of collaborating Urology surgeons.

Job Summary:

The Urology Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for coordinating the healthcare plan for assigned patients by collaborating with consulting physicians and healthcare professionals. You will carry out physician orders and maintain the continuum of care through the coordination and integration of all phases of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care plans with consulting physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Carry out physician orders and maintain patient records
  • Collaborate with the supervising physician to evaluate care based on quality and core measures, access, and cost effectiveness
  • Contribute to excellence in patient care by focusing on age-specific, developmental, and spiritual needs
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in clinical nursing from an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Current Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Michigan
  • Requires graduation from an ARC-PA accredited PA program
  • Current License/Certification as Physician Assistant with the State of Michigan
  • Prefer two to three years related experience
