About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS) team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing large, complex IAM programs in the areas of Single Sign On, Multifactor, and Passwordless authentication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with IAM Engineering, scrum teams, peer groups, and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives and deliver proposed solutions.
  • Provide strategic technical direction across the team and foster healthy working relationships.
  • Set goals and objectives for reporting engineers and mentor and grow the team.
  • Collaborate with the SOX/PCI audit group to support audit activities and ensure adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies, and Standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of IAM programs and timelines, and partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans and remediate gaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' implementation experience in Federation MFA with Ping suite of products, such as Ping Fed, Ping ID, Da Vinci, and Ping Security.
  • 5+ years' experience as a direct people manager managing technical programs, with experience working with agile methodologies for project execution.
  • Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
