Admissions Coordinator

As an Admissions Coordinator, your role involves promptly addressing inquiries from the admissions center. You will facilitate and support the direct admission process for individuals seeking treatment at a Pinnacle Treatment Center outpatient facility.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (General Equivalence Diploma).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with the treatment industry.
  • Ability to connect and empathize with patients and their families.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with telephony systems.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process incoming inquiries via phone, fax, text, email, and chat for patients seeking OTP/MAT/OBOT care. Assist with referrals to higher levels of care as necessary.
  • Evaluate potential patients' treatment needs and locate an appropriate OTP facility to schedule intake assessments.
  • Accurately document patient assessments in the system of record, ensuring timely and efficient data entry.
  • Follow up on daily scheduled admissions and intakes within the Pinnacle Treatment Centers care system.
  • Provide compassionate and knowledgeable customer service to a diverse range of callers to the Admissions Center.
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators and Care Coordinator Supervisors to complete daily tasks as required.
  • Excel in teamwork, working harmoniously with all Pinnacle Treatment Centers staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain the ability to work effectively with others while managing personal responsibilities.
  • Adapt to new tasks or goals as needed.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills to overcome barriers.
  • Exhibit attentive documentation skills.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Motivate individuals seeking treatment.
  • Possess accurate and efficient computer skills.
