Job DescriptionWe're looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team at the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining rooms, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
With a strong focus on teamwork and individual excellence, you'll be expected to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results. You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to company policies and procedures, and championing our Omni/ALL IN culture.
Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure prompt, courteous service to our guests, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, conducting pre-shift and pre-meal meetings to ensure everyone is aligned and focused.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our dining rooms, including food and liquor requisitions, waste management, and maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Development: Provide training and coaching to your team members, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills and performance.
- Financial Management: Manage our food and beverage costs, maintaining accurate records and reports, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with your team, management, and guests, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a 4-star high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Skills: Prior serving and cash handling experience, understanding of Food and Beverage financials, including cost and par controls, and ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or menu design a plus.
- Certifications: Current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications required.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
