Position Overview:
As a Sales and Service Coordinator at Sephora, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our clients. Your contributions will be essential in supporting various sales and service initiatives that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Service Support: Assist in all facets of sales and service efforts to ensure a remarkable shopping experience for every customer.
2. Event Coordination: Organize and manage paid services, events, and classes to engage customers and enhance their experience.
3. Loyalty Program Implementation: Aid in the execution of loyalty programs that reward our valued clients.
4. Cash Management: Oversee cash handling processes to facilitate smooth transactions at checkout.
5. Team Training: Provide education and training to store personnel on service offerings and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinating capacity.
- A strong passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a retail environment.
- Availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
