Position Overview: The role of the Sales Associate is vital to the overall success and operational efficiency of the store. This position requires a strong dedication to our brand values while providing exceptional service to our clientele and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Floor Management: Understand organizational goals and align personal actions with company priorities. Take ownership of personal performance metrics and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized experiences, demonstrating a keen understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s values and service expectations at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings, including features, benefits, and current promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining store standards and supporting inventory processes.

Additional Requirements: Previous sales experience in a retail environment is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being advantageous. Candidates should possess basic technical skills and the ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
