  • Warehouse Management: Plan and coordinate the work activities of warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, shipping, delivery, security, and inventory control.
  • Performance Improvement: Develop and implement specific objectives and performance measures for each functional area and individual to improve performance.
  • Employee Development: Lead the selection and hiring of new warehouse and delivery employees and supervisors, evaluate employee performance, and develop action plans for improving employees' performance.
  • Training and Development: Ensure that all warehouse and delivery employees receive proper training and skills development.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain and control the physical condition of the warehouse and delivery equipment, supplies, security, facilities, and grounds.
  • Expense Management: Manage and control warehouse and delivery expenses and capital.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a culture of safety that follows our organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to oneself and others in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10-15 years of related job experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills; ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment; thorough understanding of distribution management and the distribution business.
