ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Schedule: This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Your Daily Responsibilities: Picture yourself as the central figure in our operational framework, executing a variety of tasks with skill and confidence. Your day begins with a proactive approach as you handle a range of duties. You will be the friendly voice on the phone, providing reassurance and support to our clients.
With effective coordination, you will assign our qualified technicians to various tasks, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service. In the midst of a busy environment, you will manage administrative responsibilities, keeping accurate records and facilitating efficient operations. Each challenge you face will be met with determination, reinforcing your essential role within our organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fundamental phone and office skills
- Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational capabilities
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience: Background in customer service and/or dispatching is advantageous.
