About the Role:
Caregivers at CTF Illinois play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and safely. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work in a group home setting, providing daily support and assistance with activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care. You will also help individuals participate in community activities and develop life skills.

Caregivers at CTF Illinois earn a competitive hourly rate of $17.50-$19.50. Benefits include contributory medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance and paid time off. We also offer FREE DSP Certification and PAID training.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. You will also need to be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
