Field Service Supervisor

At Koch Enterprises Family of Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, start-up, and commissioning of automated paint finishing systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Commissioning: Lead the installation, start-up, and commissioning of automated paint finishing systems, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site training and technical support to customers during system integration and optimization phases, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including installation reports, service logs, and customer correspondence, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of industrial equipment, with a focus on automated systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site for extended periods, including weekends as needed, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
