Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Liaison to join our business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base through strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage with potential healthcare clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through diligent research and targeted outreach.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our multi-specialty group.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within healthcare organizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address potential challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in cold calling and generating new business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in working with people, building and managing relationships.
- Strong prioritization, organization, data analysis, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel locally, during normal work hours, as necessary.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently, but take direction from management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
