Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Institution Policy Analyst to join our team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing policies related to financial institutions and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and trends to inform policy decisions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to financial institutions and markets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address emerging risks and challenges
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial institution policy and regulation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public policy, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial institution policy, analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public policy, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in financial market infrastructure, bank supervision, policy, or analysis
  • Knowledge of financial markets and institutions, risk management, and relevant policy and regulation
