Stryten Energy is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our maintenance work order database, tracking repairs, and creating a preventative maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining the parts room, including ordering equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Track and maintain training records and associated documentation.
  • Prepare daily reports on assigned PMs completed, incomplete PMs, and work orders created from preventative maintenance work performed.
  • Identify and address equipment downtime and failure trends, updating the PM schedule accordingly.
  • Create and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for each shift.
  • Verify completed PMs for undocumented parts and missing critical information.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule planned PMs and communicate with the PM crew to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Prior industrial experience is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in a related field, experience with continuous improvement efforts, and Six Sigma certification.
Competencies and Skills:
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including databases, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers, customers, and production management.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with good organization, administrative, and time management skills.
Work Environment:

The Maintenance Coordinator will work in a dirty, lead-contaminated area, requiring the use of safety glasses and steel-toed shoes. The individual will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles, with occasional exposure to precarious places, toxic chemicals, and electrical shock.
