Position Overview

As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will be responsible for steering the delivery and performance of our products and services while cultivating robust customer relationships. You will manage multiple projects from inception through to delivery, collaborating across various departments to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of products and services, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the design and development processes from initial program stages to final product delivery.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and performance management for product and service deliveries.
  • Drive project schedules and adapt execution strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate external and internal data preparation and collection for projects.
  • Prepare cost justifications, recommend priorities, generate schedules, and develop solutions to customer challenges.
  • Represent the organization in customer meetings, providing management with valuable insights.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a program or project management capacity.
  • Proven experience in the delivery and management of products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external clients.
  • Experience in project management or scheduling.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

The starting salary range for this role is $98,000 to $144,000 per year, with variations based on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
