Job Title: Fit Specialist - Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fit Specialist - Sales Associate to join our team at Rockstar Powersports Brandon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every guest who walks into our dealership feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Narrow down the selection of powersports products to find the perfect fit for each customer.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Sell the excitement and benefits of powersports to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
  • Responsible for accurately and efficiently completing all paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating a commitment to making things right.
  • Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in sales, preferably in the powersports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasionally required to lift and move heavy objects, with the ability to balance and push heavy equipment.
