We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook & Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation processes. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines (FIFO)
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members
  • Assist in training and supervising junior cooks
Qualifications:
