We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Culinary Operations Supervisor to guide our kitchen team in delivering an exceptional culinary journey for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee various culinary stations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards during scheduled shifts.
- Manage closing shift responsibilities from 2 PM to 9 PM.
- Coordinate kitchen staff and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare, season, finish, and present all dishes according to established recipes.
- Maintain proper organization of refrigeration and dry storage areas, ensuring effective product handling and rotation.
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations and proper storage of food items at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all recipes, specifications, and control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with guest inquiries and requests.
- Operate one or multiple kitchen stations as needed.
- Support scheduling efforts within the kitchen team.
- Follow directives from the Head Chef and General Manager.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- One to two years of experience in a similar culinary role.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Strong organizational skills are essential; ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification is required.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions.
- Capability to address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Physical requirements include standing for 8 or more hours, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work environment may involve exposure to warm or cold temperatures, slippery surfaces, and greasy areas.
