Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Four Winds Casino. As a Barback, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our beverage stations and equipment, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain beverage areas, including the restaurant and casino bar stations, Silver Creek Event Center, and pool bar areas.
  • Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Remove empty bottles and trash, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes, adding a touch of elegance to our cocktails.
  • Receive, issue, and keep records of liquor store and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Assist bartenders as needed, providing support and ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Promote outstanding guest service on a continual basis, exceeding our guests' expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, utilities, servers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient operation.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist and cover breaks for bartenders when applicable, ensuring seamless service.
  • Replenish ice as needed, maintaining a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Anticipate the needs of bartenders and guests, providing proactive support and service.
  • Follow all C.A.R.E. guidelines to promote responsible consumption and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Sweep and mop bar and beverage service areas as requested, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year previous experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.
  • This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. A casino environment is typically smoky. Working in the Pool Bar location will present exposure to multiple weather conditions.
