About the Job: As a Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Training Specialist Radar System Coordinator (RSC), you will play a critical role in supporting Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) and Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC). You will oversee the training and certification of all ships within the Pacific Fleet, focusing on Ballistic Missile Defense systems.

Your Key Tasks:

  1. Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure personnel are proficient in BMD systems and operations.
  2. Maintain Operational Readiness: Collaborate with CNSP/ATGPAC to maintain the operational readiness of Pacific Fleet's BMD capabilities.
  3. Develop Training Standards: Develop and implement training standards and practices that enhance crew proficiency and support continuous improvement.
