Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer Lead to oversee the installation, implementation, and sustainment of Precision Approach Radar (PAR) systems for the US Navy. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in C4ISR systems.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
  • Led an installation team and handled major, minor, and multiple tasks.
  • Conducted technical, logistically, and program management functions as directed by assigned project managers.
  • Performed troubleshooting and repair of electronic components, evaluated system performance, and developed solutions to resolve deficiencies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ten (10) years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of C4ISR systems, precision approach radar, and TACAN systems.
  • Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and demonstrate compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Firm grasp of electrical/electronic/computer concepts and application to basic components and systems.
  • Good working knowledge of general and/or special-purpose test equipment.
