About the Role

At Leidos, we are committed to advancing the state of the art in electronic warfare. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team and support EW programs.

Job Description

We are looking for an expert in radar signal processing to develop, model, and test algorithms in Matlab, Simulink, or C++. The ideal candidate will analyze results from simulation or real data to identify root causes and trends, and participate in lab-based and field testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in radar signal processing
  • Fluency with tools such as MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, Simulink, and languages such as C/C++, Java
  • Working knowledge areas such as digital filtering, spectral estimation, detection and estimation theory, linear algebra, and stochastic processes
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $81,250 and $146,875 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

This job is located in Arlington, VA or San Diego, CA, with opportunities for remote work.
