- Verify patient and family education and training, ensuring comprehensive understanding of care plans.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory standards and quality measures for participating payers.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards, completing required education assignments annually.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.
- Masters' degree from a CSWE-accredited graduate social work program.
- Two years of experience in a clinical social work setting.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
