About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sentara Ambulatory Care Clinic in Norfolk, VA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, adhering to the level of verified competency dictated by the site-specific program.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support and communicate effectively with other licensed independent practitioners (Physicians, NP, PA) in collaboration while providing care and treatment for patients.
  • Implement nursing interventions and care plans to support a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Manage responsibilities of workload with accuracy and provide excellence in customer service.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Trade School Graduate in Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) RQI.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outpatient or med/surg experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
