Job Summary

CityLink is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain data associated with operator incident reports and employee qualification files.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers to follow up on complaints and work with them until the issue is resolved.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports to CityLink staff as requested and analyze customer complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and ensure the security of sensitive materials.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required and 1-2 years of experience in administrative and/or customer service.
  • Skills: Principles of basic report preparation, principles and procedures of record keeping, customer service principles and practices, and keyboarding skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires flexibility in scheduled working hours, including Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
