Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management:
    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Maintain a consistent presence in the field, visiting prospective and current clients to establish relationships and generate leads.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Sales Activities:
    • Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
    • Close deals efficiently and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Collaboration:
    • Track and report sales activities, including leads, calls, presentations, and deals closed.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
