About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Clean Energy Project Coordinator to lead an exciting internship program in Maine. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the end-to-end internship lifecycle, from recruitment to program completion.

You will manage impactful projects that drive clean energy innovation, engage in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and placing top talent. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of interns and contribute to the growth of the clean energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and develop actionable plans.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and report milestones to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years in project management and recruitment, ideally in workforce development or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
