Blue Engine Energy, a diversified energy company in Biomass Power Plant operation and other renewable energy projects, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About the Job:This role requires strong data entry skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized office environment and facilitating communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining office organization to support Company initiatives.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, zoom and team calls.
- Maintaining project information and documents, ensuring up-to-date accuracy.
- Providing exceptional communication skills, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Utilizing Office Suite applications for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Assisting with filing and scanning documents.
- Maintaining an organized office space to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Proven experience in an administrative position.
- Data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
