  • Food Production and Service

  • Menu Planning and Development

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
    • At least 7 years of experience in food service management, including experience in high-volume food service operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in food service management, including experience in menu planning, food production, and staff management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work in a variety of settings, including the kitchen, dining areas, and other food service locations.
