Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative role at Disability Solutions is a challenging opportunity to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the Denver, CO Metro Area. This hunter role requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service, and effective time management to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing revenue in assigned markets by securing new clients through cold calling, cross-selling with other entities, referrals, and market analysis.
- Actively engaging with clients to evaluate their needs for repair and maintenance work.
- Fostering strong client relationships based on MultiPro's value propositions, trust, and respect.
Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, AA degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in transactional B2B environments selling services preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, CRM pipeline management, and negotiation abilities.
Compensation: $61,000 - $69,000 base + uncapped commission, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k savings plan, and flexible time off. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors like location, experience, and skill set.
