Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at Agile Resources, Inc. This role is essential for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and enhancing our cybersecurity protocols.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000

Work Environment: This position requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive security risk evaluations and audits.
  • Direct security strategies and initiatives focused on data protection.
  • Manage and resolve cybersecurity incidents effectively.
  • Simplify security information for reporting to stakeholders.
  • Advance cybersecurity operations through the implementation of innovative tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to develop security risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance challenges across the enterprise.
  • Formulate contingency plans, business continuity strategies, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Maintain an integrated dashboard to monitor cybersecurity risks and statuses.
  • Ensure compliance with CMMC 2.0 standards and maintain certification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT with a specialization in cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with NIST-800, SOC, GDPR, and SOX regulations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and the NIST-800 framework.
