Job Overview:
As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will provide compassionate pharmacy consulting services to patients, guiding them on the effective use of medications and educating them about potential drug interactions. You will also deliver preventive and clinical healthcare services, including immunizations and diagnostic testing.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate compounding, dispensing, and verification of prescribed medications while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. You will play a vital role in optimizing pharmacy operations, enhancing financial performance, and improving patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Enhancing Patient Experience:
Engage with patients by welcoming them and assisting with their needs. Address patient inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Demonstrate and share best practices in customer service with team members, fostering a culture of care and empathy. Anticipate patient needs and proactively offer relevant services.
Operational Excellence:Provide counseling to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions, ensuring they are well-informed about their health needs.
Perform essential pharmacist duties, including compounding and medication management, while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
Collaboration and Community Engagement:Work closely with the pharmacy manager to establish efficient workflows and team roles. Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote pharmacy services and enhance local health outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to support patient care and promote pharmacy services.
