Our focus is on producing single-dose liquid injectable vials, catering to hospitals nationwide, with an emphasis on products listed on the FDA's shortage list.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to enhance our sales efforts for our injectable product line. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our offerings, which include Lidocaine, Bupivacaine, and other essential sterile injectables.

  1. Location: Remote
  2. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
  3. Compensation: Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000, with uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our injectable products, particularly those on the FDA Short List, and effectively communicate their benefits and applications.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to penetrate hospital pharmacy markets, ensuring effective promotion of our products.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospital pharmacies, addressing their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, staying informed about competitor products and industry developments.
  5. Sales Goals: Establish and meet ambitious sales targets, creating actionable plans to enhance market share for our injectable products.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular updates on performance and market insights.
  8. Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales practices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • In-depth understanding of FDA Short List products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
